*Every room: Spot dust/clean all interior doors. *One bed linen change is included with each Standard cleaning provided fresh linens are left out. Beds must be stripped before new linens are put on bed. Additional bed linen changes are $5.00/bed. (for the safety of our staff, no bunk beds).

- Vacuum and mop all hard surface floors
- Damp wash all switch plates and outlet covers
- Damp wash/clean glass on storm doors inside, including door wall track and frame
- Damp wash outside & inside of all cabinets and drawers in bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room
- Damp wash all entry doors, front and back
- Hand wash laundry room including underneath and inside laundry tub
- Dust all blinds and shutters, lift up and dust inside
- Hand clean all light fixtures, within reach of 2 foot step ladder
- Edge Carpet
- Clean inside of closets and pantry, include baseboards and shelves
- Wash ceiling fans (must be reachable with a 2-foot step ladder provided by homeowner)
- Wall washing- removing dust, dirt, smudges and scuffs from walls
- Remove stickers, wash inside windows
- Damp wash all window ledges and window sills
- Dispose of all trash
